WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

On average it takes between 2-5 business days to process and ship orders out. Custom orders may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER TRACKING?

You will only receive tracking on your order if you selected the "Ground Advantage" or "Priority Mail" shipping options at checkout. Economy shipping is NOT tracked and only shipped using stamps and an envelope. If you did select to have your package tracked, you should receive a tracking email once your order is processed. Once you receive the email, you may have to wait 1-2 business days to see the package location update. 

 

I THINK MY PACKAGE IS LOST, WHAT DO I DO?

Once we ship out your order, we are no longer in control, nor responsible for the package. Please reach out to your local USPS for more information on your package. As always, never hesitate to reach out to us at Hello@createwithmandy.com We will do what we can to make it right. 

 

CAN I CANCEL/RETURN MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we do not accept any cancellations or returns. We appreciate your understanding and support. 

 

ARE ALL THE DESIGNS CREATED BY MANDY?

YES! We are so proud to say that all designs are created by @createwithmandy and most products are handmade by her as well! 


WILL YOU RESTOCK ITEMS THAT ARE SOLD OUT?
